E-Gift Cards General Information
E-gift cards are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of a virtual gift card will receive and e-mail with a E-gift card code, redeemable only at www.heidilondon.com. The code is activated within 24 hours. Once we receive your E-gift card order, we will contact you via e-mail for:-
1. The recipient's email address.
2. Your personalised message for the gift card.
E-gift cards terms and conditions:-
- E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- E-gift cards can be redeemed against all products on the www.heidilondon.com site.
- E-gift cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
- E-gift cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the e-gift card order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
